Do I need a college degree to apply?
No. We welcome applicants with a range of education and experience levels. A high school diploma is typically required, but many roles do not require a college degree. Lead or management positions may have additional qualifications based on the role. We also support professional development so team members can continue to grow in their careers.
I am not sure which place is hiring. What location should I select from the drop-down?
Select the Academy location that is closest to you or the one you would prefer to work at. If multiple locations are available, our team will follow up to discuss current openings, scheduling needs, and where you may be the best fit based on your experience and preferences.
I am relocating from another state and cannot interview in person. Are phone or video interviews an option?
Yes. We can complete many steps of the interview and screening process through phone or video calls when needed. If you are relocating or have scheduling limitations, let us know in your application so we can coordinate the best option for you.
